Kulonprogo (DIY), SURYAPOS.id – Polisi telah menangkap pelaku penganiyaan menggunakan senjata tajam yang terjadi di Sindutan, Temon, Kulonprogo, pada Senin (16/6/2025) sekira pukul 17.30 WIB.
Pelaku berinisial RBJ (54 tahun), warga Temon, Kulonprogo, ditangkap setelah melakukan penganiayaan terhadap korban berinisial SED (26 tahun), warga Temon, Kulonprogo, dengan menggunakan senjata tajam berupa tombak.

Kasi Humas Polres Kulonprogo, Iptu Sarjoko, melalui keterangan tertulisnya mengatakan bahwa kejadian bermula saat pelaku melakukan minum-minuman keras pada siang hari.

Setelah pulang ke rumah, pelaku teringat akan korban dan merasa sakit hati. Pelaku kemudian mencari korban di rumahnya dengan membawa senjata tajam berupa tombak.
Sesampainya di rumah korban, pelaku mengucapkan kekecewaannya dan menusukkan tombak pada paha bagian kanan korban. Korban berusaha melawan, namun pelaku melarikan diri setelah didatangi oleh beberapa warga.

Polisi telah menyita barang bukti berupa 1 buah senjata tombak dan 2 buah senjata tajam berupa pedang.
“Untuk pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 351 ayat (2) KUHP Jo Pasal 2 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Darurat Nomor 12 Tahun 1951 dengan ancaman hukuman penjara selama-lamanya 2 tahun 8 bulan atau denda sebanyak-banyaknya Rp4.500,” ungkap Iptu Sarjoko.
